The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of positive factors (growth) and negativite (challenges) of innovation on financial and economic performance of Tehran Stock Exchange companies. The statistical sample consists of 120 active companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 1396-1386. In this research, structural equations (PLS) and SPSS have been used to test the hypotheses. The dependent variable of this study is financial performance as well as economic performance. The independent variable of this research is innovation. Also, the role of mediator of innovation challenges in the relationship between innovation and financial and economic performance of the company is examined. The results of the research show that there is a direct effect between innovation structures and financial and economic performance. Also, innovation challenges as a mediating variable posit indirect effects on financial and economic performance, which makes it important to examine the innovation challenges associated with financial and economic performance of the company. The findings suggest that in order to achieve optimal performance, the company must reduce the challenges of innovation, especially the challenges of knowledge and the market. طبق ادبیات نوین حسابداری، نوآوری یکی از اجزای کلیدی برای عملکرد شرکت است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تاثیر عوامل مثبت (رشد) و منفی (چالش) نوآوری بر عملکرد مالی و اقتصادی شرکت های بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‌باشد. نمونه آماری پژوهش 120 شرکت فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1396-1387 است. در این پژوهش برای آزمون فرضیه ها از معادلات ساختاری (PLS) و SPSS استفاده شده است. متغیر وابسته این پژوهش عملکرد مالی و همچنین عملکرد اقتصادی است. متغیر مستقل این پژوهش نوآوری است. همچنین تاثیر نقش میانجی چالش‌های نوآوری در رابطه نوآوری و عملکرد مالی و اقتصادی شرکت مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد.<br /> نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که رابطه مستقیمی بین سازه های نوآوری و عملکرد مالی و اقتصادی وجود دارد. همچنین چالش های نوآوری به عنوان متغیر میانجی تاثیر غیرمستقیم و منفی روی عملکرد مالی دارد، که چالش دانش و بازار بیشترین تاثیر و چالش مالی کمترین تاثیر را دارا بودند. اما تاثیر چالش های نوآوری به عنوان متغیر میانجی بر روی رابطه سازه های نوآوری و عملکرد اقتصادی معنادار نشد. این امر اهمیت بررسی چالش های نوآوری را روی رابطه عملکرد مالی و اقتصادی شرکت نشان می‌دهد. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که شرکت برای رسیدن به عملکرد مطلوب، اقدام به کاهش چالش های نوآوری به‌ویژه چالش های دانش و بازار کند. https://far.ui.ac.ir/article_23870_c91cf0d9baf288adbd1c5e0062d166bc.pdf
